MVA/Motor Vehicle Accident Claims - We require all MVA claims to include an Rx from your PCP or referring provider *DO, Chiropractor, etc.

Regence/BCBS - We, as a clinic require an Rx from your PCP for massage therapy regardless of what your plan may or may not require due to inconsistencies in Regence/BCBS language.
